For 60 to 90 minutes, I hold the field.
You lie down. The music comes in.
And something that has been waiting — in the chest, the shoulders, the place you don't have a name for yet — starts to surface.
You don't need to understand it. You don't need to do anything with it. That's my job.
This isn't breathwork. It isn't a meditation class. It isn't energy healing in the way you've heard it described before. It's a conversation between your nervous system and everything it's been carrying.
For the first time, your body gets to speak first.
We open together — a few minutes to arrive, to let the day fall away.
Then you close your eyes. The music moves in. I work with what's present — not what you think should be there, but what's actually alive in the body in that moment. The session unfolds on its own terms. Nothing is forced. Nothing is performed.
Your body leads.
I follow what it brings.
Sixty minutes. Or ninety, if you're ready to go further.
Warmth moving through the chest. Waves you didn't expect.
Tears that arrive before a thought does. A stillness you haven't touched in years.
Sometimes spontaneous movement. Sometimes the simple, profound relief of finally being still in a body that has been bracing for a very long time.
There is no goal. No right experience. Whatever comes is exactly what was ready.
