For 60 to 90 minutes, I hold the field. You lie down. The music comes in. And something that's been waiting — in the chest, the shoulders, the place you don't have a name for yet — starts to surface. You don't need to understand it. That's my job. This isn't breathwork. It isn't meditation. It's the first conversation your nervous system has been trying to have — and for once, your body gets to speak first. What you might feel: warmth, waves, tears that arrive before a thought does, a stillness you haven't touched in years. There is no goal. No right experience. Whatever comes is exactly what was ready. Cancellation Policy
By booking with LALOCA you agree to the following: Scope of Practice. This is not therapy or licensed mental health treatment. Somatic and shadow work operate at the level of the nervous system and body. You take full responsibility for your own process. Confidentiality. Everything shared in session is confidential. Sessions may not be recorded without written consent. Cancellations — The Body Work ($175). 24+ hours notice: full refund or reschedule. Under 24 hours: 50% charge. No-show: full charge. Cancellations — The Shadow Work ($350). 48+ hours notice: full refund or reschedule once. Under 48 hours: 50% charge. No-show: full charge. Cancellations — The Shadow Room ($5,555). No refunds once the program begins. Rescheduling available with 48+ hours notice, once per month. Rescheduling. One reschedule per booking within the notice window above. Online Sessions. You are responsible for a private space and stable connection. Right to Decline. LALOCA reserves the right to end a session or program if the working relationship is not appropriate for either party.
