I had done the work. Therapy. Meditation. Breathwork. The retreats where you cry on a mat and drive home thinking this time it's different.
I could explain my patterns better than anyone. I was very good at needing to be saved.
And I was still living the same story — just with better vocabulary for it.
February 2022.
The door closed.
I was on the floor, wrapped in a sheet, in a room that used to mean something.
Nobody was coming. I was at one of the lowest points of my life.
So I asked the only question I had left:
how the fuck did I get here?

Three weeks later, I lay down for a session that didn't ask me to explain anything. My body moved on its own. I felt the sadness, the emptiness, the horror of a heartbreak — not the story of it, the actual weight of all of it. And underneath, something I hadn't felt in a long time resurfaced. Something I thought I'd forgotten: my depth. Like diving into the ocean and realizing how much is beneath you. I didn't understand what was happening. I only knew it was what I'd been looking for, for a long time. Something clicked.

That's what nobody had told me. Seeing the pattern doesn't break it. The pattern doesn't live in your head. It lives in your body. In your nervous system. In the lineage you were born into. Awareness is not consciousness.
The next four years weren't a glow-up. I trained, and I learned what it takes to hold the space — for myself, and for someone else.
Level 1 facilitator in 2023. And then, in Tulum, a friend in the middle of her own heartbreak asked me for a session. She needed someone who could take her where she had to see herself. That's when I understood: my story wasn't only mine. It was a map for whoever came next.
In 2025 I went deeper, into non-duality. Level 2, Nondual Awareness and Transmission.
Into a way of existing I didn't have words for before — where the body, the story and the universe inside it stopped being separate things. I had a new language. A new practice. A cleaner version of me. I thought I had arrived.
And then, by the ocean, in Puerto Escondido, it all burned.
The identity. The patterns. Everything that had once made sense and gave me a space to belong. That's the part no one puts on a poster. Growth isn't what you gain. It's everything you lose while the vessel empties. The void is where you're isolated. Misunderstood.
Where nothing fits, not even your own structure. It's where people start questioning if you're crazy. And if you did the job right, there's nothing left to go back to. So you keep going.
I didn't study this to have a career.
I walked through it to survive. And then I came back to show others the way through.

Because I'm not going to sugarcoat it.

This isn't kumbaya. Done right, this work breaks you. It takes apart the identity you built to survive, and the patterns you learned to stay safe inside the system. You'll feel like you're losing everything.
You'll feel crazy.
To get through it, you have to meet that part of yourself.
I've met mine. More times than I can count. I went back into my lineage. I dove deep within myself. I played back the movie, and became a student of my own loops. I finally held what my family had only ever buried. That's why I'm not ashamed to call myself crazy. The word they used to make me small became the name I built my life on.
I went first, without a map, and came back with one.
Almost every pattern families keep hidden in shame lived in mine. That doesn't make me special. It makes me a trigger. A mirror. And a container.
The uncle and the money. The relationship that keeps you small. The job that never valued you. The accountability you keep handing to someone else.
Look at my story long enough and you'll find yours in it.
I didn't read about it. I lived it. Then I trained for years, with teachers who took it as seriously as I do.
Every word, every detail, every space I hold is made for one thing: that you feel safe enough to break apart and embody who you are.

Frequency before form.
THE BODY FIRST -
The mind will lie to protect you. The body never does. Before anything else can shift — the nervous system has to feel safe enough to let it. This is where we start. Not in the story you tell.
In the place where the story lives.
Don't bypass the body; rewire it.
THE PATTERN HAS
A ROOT
Your loops didn't come from nowhere. They were learned — in your family, your lineage, your earliest relationships — and they became so normal you stopped calling them patterns. You called them personality. You called them bad luck. .
We find where it started. We go there together, and we stay until you can see it.
Your shadow is your gold.
THE SHADOW IS NOT
THE ENEMY
The parts of you that you've hidden, judged, abandoned — they are not what's wrong with you. They are where your power is buried. Integration isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about reclaiming what's yours.
Awakening through embodiment.
THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT A TECHNIQUE
There is a point where the nervous system, the quantum field, and the energetic body converge — and something begins to move that no modality can fully name. This is where I work. Not induced. Not performed. It happens when the body finally feels safe enough to open — and what was always alive underneath starts to surface.
You look like you have it together.
Maybe you do — on paper, on Instagram, in every room you walk into.
You've been called strong so many times you started believing it meant you didn't need anything.

You've done the therapy. You know your patterns by name.
You can see the loop in real time — and still choose it.

You're not broken. You're not weak.
You're running a survival program that was installed so early, and so quietly, that you mistook it for yourself.
You don't rest without guilt. Your relationship with your body has always been a negotiation.
You attract the same dynamic in different packaging.
You give endlessly and collapse privately.

And somewhere underneath the competence and the control and the keeping it together — there is a version of you that is exhausted, she doesn't need another modality.

She needs someone who has been in that room.
Who knows what it looks like from the inside. Who will not flinch.

I'm not here to fix you.
I'm here because I know what it feels like to be completely stuck in a pattern and not be able to see a way out.

I know what it feels like to have tried everything.
I know what it feels like to be the girl in the perfect movie who is secretly living the thriller.
And I also know — because I lived it — that there is a way through.

It is not comfortable.
It is real, and it is dark, and it is messy, and it is very fucking painful.
But it is worth your freedom.

You didn't come here to play safe.
You came here to finally stop running from yourself.
When you're ready —

About LALOCA : LALOCA (written L A L O C A) is a somatic and shadow work practice founded by Vanessa. Sessions are one-on-one, online, and open to clients worldwide, in English.
LALOCA works with repeating patterns — in relationships, work and identity — through the body and the nervous system, and through the family lineage the pattern came from. The core idea: awareness of a pattern doesn't set you free, because the pattern lives in the body, not only in the mind. Vanessa trained as a facilitator in 2023 and has spent years in training and holding space. She works as a mirror, not a therapist, coach or guru. Offers: Into TheBody — a somatic session, 60 min ($222) or 90 min ($333). The Shadow Work — a single 90-minute shadow work session ($555). The Shadow Room — a private 3-month program, by application ($7,777, or 3 monthly payments of $2,593). The Nerve ($22) and The Appointment ($77) — digital practices to begin at home. LALOCA also writes a blog and hosts Remade, a podcast on Spotify. LALOCA offers somatic and shadow work. It is not therapy, counseling or medical care, and it doesn't replace them.
